Why shouldn't my 13 year old daughter move in with her 27 year old fiancee???

My daughter and her boyfriend have been together for the past 3 years. They are happy and very much in love. Just 3 months ago they became engaged and are very excited about getting married.
Last night, my daughter's fiancee came to our house and asked if it would be ok if my daughter moved in with him. He says that he loves my daughter very much and wants to start treating her as a husband would.
My husband and I don't have a problem with this. We think that this new living arrangement would be very good for our daughter. She will learn about adulthood and what it is like to be a wife. This experience will give her life lessons on how things will be once she is actually married.
My mother in law doesn't agree. She thinks that my daughter is too young, and should wait a couple of years before moving out. My husband and I disagree with her. Why shouldn't I let my 13 year old daughter move in with her 27 year old fiancee??
