I just told my husband of 8years to leave Im tired of his cheating , lies and most of his disrepect for me and our kids. So he left taking the car , t.v leave our four children without a ride. Why do they do that????

when someone knows u no longer want to be with them, they stop caring how they treat u, and if the vehicle is in his name only he can do that because u failed to insist that your name go on the title also. they feel they no longer have anything left to loose and he;s angry and angry people always get back at u any way they can.

Just a hunch, but maybe because you gave him the boot and wants you think about what that really means.

If the title on the car is in his name... it's his car not 'ours' nor yours.

because they are selfish low lives... thats why... the good thing is when u go to court for your divorce you can get the car back and if u don't have the $ for a lawyer u can get legal aid so good luck and get it all sweetheart u will recover
