Because they grew apart, because they realised that there were opportunities and challenges they wanted but their spouse didn't, because they no longer had anything in common except maybe the children and the mortgage, they have ended up on separate life paths.......there are so many reasons why. It doesn't have to be seen as the end, it is a new beginning for them both, especially once the tears have dried and the clouds have blown away.

Need to be more specfic. Did he cheat, not satisfy her in bed, uh the list can go on and on. Maybe it took her that long to figure out that it was not going to work.

Well because most of the time she's probably already was unhappy and just stayed in the marriage for the sake of her children or maybe other reason. I know a lady who left her youngest son turn 18years of age. Some stay for financial reason you just never know. My grandparent just divorce each after being with each other for 43year and one is 76 and the other is 71 crazy right.
