Why would someone do this to me? (something happened last night on my way home)?

So last night i was on my way home from my moms and i was doing 60 in a 60 mind you and there is this curve on the road this guy in his Explore was waiting till like i was right on top of him and then proceed to pull out in front of me and do about 40mph and so i waited till i could pass and i did and the guy tried to race me and then when i finally passed him he was riding me so close that i knew if i had to break he would rear end me why would someone do this?

He pulled out in fron of you because he didn't look. He was probably in a hurry. These types are too dumb to pass you. They would rather tailgate for a hundred miles than think to pass.

Some people are just plain idiots. I almost hit this car the other day. It was a green traffic light in an 80 zone, this car in front of me turned out to be doing 40, and as soon as it got to the GREEN light, it stopped.
