Basically started out boyfriend & girlfriend. She got pregnant by "ACCiDENT". In which I am a firm believer that pregnancy is NOT an accident. Shes very stubborn, and he is also. She dropped out of college, and went back. He never finished high school, and had no plans of getting his GED, until he was with her. He's failed his GED like four times. They constantly argue over who is going to buy cigarettes. You might as well say that they fight over money PERiOD. So we got a girl in college, and a man that can't even pass a GED test. They are going in two different directions. They both have cheated, and they are both unbelieveably stupid. She always tries to prove her self. Shes vengeful, and spoiled. She takes money from her parents but lies about what shes going to do with it. Will this actually last?

It matters to me, because I am wayyyy more mature than she is, and NO i am definantly not jealous. I am saying this because 6 monthes ago she was giving me advice on why not to get married, and saying that I need to wait, well you don't have to worry about that I am waiting a long time, but now after 6 monthes of her telling me what not to do, shes doing it. I have a life thank you very much, and this person is very important to me, but its like shes one of those people who keeps making the same mistake over, and over. Shes so hypocritical. It pisses me off talking about because her mom tells her whats right, but she never listens, and one day she will remember all of this.

I hope this marriage never actually BEGINS. Both need to gain some maturity before they'll be able to successfully complete anything. I fear for the security of the child as well. |

Without either of them being stable, mature, intelligent or educated there's nothing to allow it to last. She won't even finish college and both will be takers from a government entity of some sort the rest of their days probably. |

nope they will not last. you gotta be with someone on your level or there will always be friction. if she's educated she'll move forward faster and he will lag behind and may get resentful this probably will not work |

why does it matter to you if someone elses marriage will last or not? I think if you were any kind of friend ....you would try and help her the best way you can instead of looking for confirmation that her life is going down the crappper! Get a life |

Yes, you are correct. Pregnancy is not at all an accident. That guys are not having any self control. Then what is the difference between them and animals. Dfinitely that guys will not be successful in their marriage life.Better you cut her friendship and move in your correct way. |

Do they love one another? It is amazing what draws people to one another. Although he hasn't passed his GED, he has taken it four times, which tells me he is trying and must be receiving either support a push to earn it from her. He may be receiving emotional support in some areas from her that he has never experienced from anyone else. She may have caretaker abilities and she enjoys him as her "patient". So they fight over money, there are not to many healthy relationships that don't have the occasional money issues, especially those that already have their educations behind them. I'm sure money is a struggle since they are both technically students. As far as the cheating, that could be what is at the root of the arguing, a sense of insecurity with the other. If her parents give her money, ultimately regardless of what she does with it, it is helping somehow, which is all a parent wants for their children when they give them money. It is possible this relationship could last if they can start growing up a bit. |
