Wives married more than 10 years: What does your husband do for you to let you know he still loves you?

We've had ups and downs in our marriage. Last year we had our second baby seven years after our first one. I do poorly emotionally after child birth, and my husband had a lot of stress from his work around the same time. We've had very hard time in our marriage. A lot of yelling and arguing and stuff like that.

After several months of struggle, though we finally made up. It took a big deal of self-discipline from both sides and a lot of conversations, even if often it had turned into arguments, we'd try to communicate our needs and feelings.

What tells me he still loves me even through hard times, is that he wants to work this out. He is strong willed and has his own pride, but even if he doesn't take everything I say, he still wants to listen to me, and try to understand my point. And if there is something, he would sincerely apologize and try to be better. It means a lot to me. When I said he was too much into his work and he values spending time with our children, but didn't consider doing anything with me outside of our bedroom, he went out and registered both of us to this dance class. So we dress up and go out once every week. So even if he gets clueless sometimes, I know he cares and trying to do his best. :)

He wakes up next to me every day, for one. He tells me that I'm still the most beautiful girl in the world and that after 11 years and two children, I'm still the only girl he'll ever want. He gets cards and flowers or stuffed animals for me for no reason at all, just to let me know he was thinking about me; he sits with me and watches t.v. shows that he doesn't necessarily care for, just to spend some time with me. He also puts in a song that is special to us in my car CD player so that when I leave in the mornings, I will hear it playing first thing. Just little things like this; I know I'm a very loved person.

I fix her computer for free (haha)

I appreciate and show it when she makes dinner or does anything around the house.

I clean up the kitchen after she cooks (she's a chef)

I give her a hug and tell her I love her everyday.

My husband is respectful. If he finds other women attractive he keeps it to himself. He is generous and giving and even after 15 years of marriage he still tells me he loves me, several times a day. When I'm down, he does whatever he can to help me up. He's a wonderful husband and I am blessed.
