Probably not. While looks and intelligence (particularly intelligence) are important, we also like someone to have a similar amount of life experience. At 19, you're just out of high school, and you haven't had the same level of education (school and life) that a man in his thirties has. In your thirties, you've had jobs, relationships, and you've lived on your own. Many nineteen year olds still live at home (or have just left). Wait until you're 25 or 30 before you look at an older man..

Obviously money matters to you. You probably see $$$ signs. I would too if I were your age. I"m glad you're attractive and intelligent.....congratulations on that! Is this man your boss? Does he own his own company? Is he good looking too? When I was 19, looks, money and a nice car mattered. Do you have your own money? If you do, maybe he'll be interested in you. He would think that you're only after his mucho dinero. Not too many men your age have lots of money. I see why you're looking for older wealthy men.

The problem when a girl is really attractive or 'hot' is that people, no matter who they are, CANNOT get past the beauty. Which is why majority of the time, it ends up being a fling or a very shallow relationship, if its gets to that.

Most people think that if a girl is hot, she's got nothing else going for her. P.s. hes a lot older so be careful he has no excess baggage.

If all is clear, then go ahead. It should be fine as long as u get to know him for a while before dating him.
