I had a friend who was engaged to a guy, when they met he had nothing, 5 years down the road, they moved into a $500,000 house, he bought a Mecedes, bought her a car and everything else she wanted. But the money also changed his personality. And she left him.
My mother told me "if you marry a man for his money, you will have to EARN every penny". Money was never enough to keep me with someone.

Try telling that to the judge when she divorces you and takes everything you own!!!!!! It's sad that people marry just for money, wealth, fame, advancement in social standing, whatever reasons other than love.

We live in an asset-based society. There is no such thing anymore as "true love". That "true love" usually comes later in the relationship. If you do find true love, it's a rare and beautiful thing. Treasure it, keep it, and protect it. 95% of divorce is usually because of money.

i believe that the best foundation for marry is love but we can't undermine the economic factors,,,,it's also important,,,,
lots of married couples, who love each other before, decided to divorce bcoz economic pressure happened in their lives,,,,
personally, i don't want to marry bcoz of money,,,,but i have to considered it as a factor for my marriage decision,,,somehow someday,,,,=)
