wow ! How long have you been looking for a way to get back at her? Honestly I'm sure you can do better than such a crappy ( no pun intended) prank. you need to reevaluate why you want to get back at her and if the punishment really fits the crime committed against you.
How pissed are you? Can you do better? Does she deserve more or less punishment?
All I know is that if I was that upset to put that much effort into the search I would expect more of an outcome than POOP.

Just do the poop in a bag thing. Go out toa park, find some dog poop on the ground, (use gloves/bag) pink it up. Then light it on fire and put it on her door step, ring the bell and run. SHE comes out sees the fire stomps on it and gets poop all over her shoes! |

When you retaliate or try to even the score, you are actually telling that person that they hurt you and that you can't forget them.

DONT DO IT! No matter what pain your ex caused you there is nothing "he" can do to make you lose the morals/ethics that you have. Also the only way to be completely over your ex is forgiveness and compassion. By wanting to hurt your ex you are saying that you are still angry and are not completely over the situation. I say be an adult and just forgive him for all the wrong "he" did to you. You WILL find someone better for you.
