let me clear it up for the dummies out there, a trust fund will be a percentage of the money for the kids to have some start up money and the woman use her own dam money with the father, 50/50 it takes 2 to tango. and any woman filing to hurt somebody will be determined by how much they make to see if they need support for the child and if she makes more than enough it will be determined that she is just minipulating the courts to inflict harm on thier spouse, do you agree? and will be aressted, yes?don`t worry dad will watch the kids/

Pay for your kid and stop whining already.You made 'em you pay for 'em.Make sure they get an education and a decent job and they won't need a frikkin hand out from mommy and daddy but will be able to stand on their own 2 feet like responsible adults instead of moving back in in their mid 20's and mommy and daddy paying for their probation and child support.
The woman if she is working should not need as much child support as one who is not or makes little.This is what it should be based on and the money is to take care of the kid.The kid needs a roof over their head(your responsibility as a man to provide it) they need food clothing(also your responsibility) and if the mother and child live in the same house and the child support goes to help pay the mortgage so be it!If the food it pays for also feeds the mother so be it, she is raising the kid!

Children are HALF the responsibility of EACH parent. Regardless of their income. A trust fund doesn't put a roof over thier head growing up. Feed your kids or use a condom d-bag.

Child support should be awarded to the parent who has physical placement of the child. The purpose of child support is to help provide for the needs of the child: shelter, food, clothing, medical care, education. As long as the child has these things, the payer has nothing to ***** about.

If placement is shared 50/50, then child support need not be awarded to either parent as long as both parents are responsible enough to pay 50% of the child's costs. Having the child at your house 50% of the time does not pay the medical bills etc...

Women don't' file for support to get back at the father, they file because the father should be held 50% liable for the costs of the children that he helped bring in to this world.

Some people men and women, just want to make trouble for their exes. And other people have REALLY GOOD LAWYERS that are going to get them everything they deserve to have.

a trust fund will not feed your kids today. that is what support is for.
also do you know that a trust fund costs a minimum of 500.00 per year to maintain it,not counting contributions..and this depends on how detailed the trust fund is.

I didn't write the article on the use of Trust Funds with the intent to lower the child support. It was meant to provide more accountability.
