If you have similar incomes, no, you won't be paying child support. However, if you make significantly more money than she does, you could end up paying a little bit of child support. Even if you do make significantly more money than she does, if you're splitting the kids 50/50 time-wise, your child support will be much, much lower than if she had sole physical custody.

Most states have a child support worksheet that you can fill out online to see what the final numbers would be.... look it up... you need to know the number of days a year you each have your children and how much each of you make..... good luck

Tell the judge and request the child support end. If uit stays the same, see them one day a week, plus one dinner. If they want to know why it is cut down, tell them you give all your money to your spouse and there isn't enough food for them to eat, and you can't spend money on them you do not have., You are sorry, but tell them to ask the judge at t ahe4aring to end the child support.

Try to work it out.. Stay out of court as much as possible it will be easier on you and your kids.. and basically everyone.

If you make more money than her, you very well may have to pay. It sounds like you have joint physical custody, which is terrible for the children. It doesn't work for them. The custody arrangement should be about what is best for the children, not what the parents want for themselves. If you love your children, get that changed.

I'm no lawyer, but I do believe you still do as you are not the children's primary care giver. I mean you may think you share time with the kids and what not. But still you are not living in the same residence as they are and not directly seeing to their needs as their mom does. Like providing a means for them to go to school, health insurance, and such stuff like that. Again I am no lawyer, so it might be best to talk to one about why child support is still needed and such things like that. But either way don't try and weasel out of your child support payments. As those can build up over time and you could end up in jail for not making the payments. So be smart and don't split hairs where your kids are concerned.

they are your children and you need to help support them. instead of being petty and asking who has to pay more you should be asking what do my children need and what can i do for them
