All you can do is tell her that you love her and that you are true to her. Unless you have given her a serious reason to doubt or mistrust you then leave it at that. You should not have to convince someone of your feelings. Continue to treat her in a loving and thoughtful way and see what happens. Don't let yourself be put through a series of tests to prove your love or any other games that a person that is insecure may choose to play. Your love is a gift.
