im irish but i want to join the us marine corps...what are my options?
do you have to be american?
or should i just join the army rangers wing in ireland?

Wrong Joe, you do not need to be a US citizen.
You DO need to be a citizen to obtain a security clearance, but many, if not most, MOSs do not require one.
If you came to us under a visa you could probably enlist, but I am not sure, talk to a recruiter. If you are looking to become a citizen, it is a good start. |

yea you can join you have to be a u.s citizen what i mean is you cant be here illegally. Marine training is 12 weeks I think you should do it but in the end your answer is the one that counts. Do your research and talk to a recruiter good luck
