After an army reserve unit is activated how long do they have before they are deployed?

Unit just got activated and was just wondering, around how long it will be till we deploy.

Usually alerted (i.e. notified) for deployment 1 year out and mobilized (brought onto active duty) 90 days out.

You should have orders showing how long the total mobilization is. The standard is 400 days. Typically, you are ordered to report to your Reserve Center/Armory. That is 2 or 3 days. Then you move to the military base for mobilization and training. It varies with each unit, but most go through in 6 weeks. They are trying to get it down to 1 month. It would be unusual to be there more than 60 days.
