Like they did in back in WW1? The ships were being attacked by the German U-Boats until the US started formed convoys that were escorted by the Navy. Can't we do that but just to less of an extent?

I could think of several solutions from convoys, to stationing military helicopters every several hundred miles or maybe just using fire hoses to repel those trying to board, but of course I am not involved in the situation, so I don't have to be concerned with things like costs and sovereignty issues. Could it be that the corporations have decided that paying off the pirates is cheaper than employing any of these solutions. Corporations are, after all, interested more in the bottom line than social issues. |

There is nothing that we can do.. It is impossible to know where they strike...
In prisons they make you sign an anti-hostage form... meaning that if you are taken hostage then capturing the prisoner will be more important than your safety...
They have 60 hostages...
If they continue, they will only get 60+ the others...
Blow them out of the water means that all 60 die, however you know FOR A FACT that no more will be taken |
