Air force sign on Bonus!!?

Around what amount of sign on bonus will be received if you enlist in the Air Force as an Air Traffic Contoller for 2 years and also pass the ASVAB with and average or good score. Would it be better to just do the Reserves!?

No one ever signs up to join the Military without knowing their contract and what they will be getting in return. People to join to serv their country but that does not mean they cant also do research to see what its all about. Dont act like you did not do that same. Someone obviously doesn't know how to go about doing things in life!

There is no bonus for ATC int he AF. You also cannot sign up for two years. the minimum is 8 years. 4 Active, 4 IRR or 6 Active and 2 IRR.

The following website will give you the up to date AFSC's that get enlistment bonuses. There are not many. The AF doesn't give bonuses the way the Army does.

The military is NOT about money. You will not get rich in he military. No one joins the military for the money because the pay is crap. Who really wants to get paid $25,000 a year for a 24/7 job starting out? A real man/woman does. One who understands that life is more than money. One who understands the pride that comes with a job well done. You join to serve. There is no better reason.

You cant join the air force for only 2 years. it's either 4 or 6 years. Security forces i know has a bonus, but not much. only 3000 and thats if you sign up for 6 years. all the special forces AFSC get sign on bonuses'.

no sign on bonus with the air force. the Army is the only branch that offers a sign on bonus

Not all jobs in the Air Force come with a sign-on bonus. You would need to talk with a recruiter to see what jobs come with bonuses, and whether you qualify.
