I was Just curious as to my chances of admission to any one of the service academies. I am a minority (persian), have a 3.5gpa, take almost all AP classes with the others being honors classes. I have 610 in math, 610 in writing, and 620 in verbal-critical reading. In the ACT test i got a 27 in math, 33 in reading, 28 English, 29 writing, 28 in science reasoning. I have already opened up files with the various academies. I got into the Coast guard Academies AIM program, but failed to get into West Point's summer program although they did say that I was competitive for admission. I am a Boy's State delegate, Volunteer at a local hospital, and tutor kids at a neighboring high school with a much lower per ca-pita income level. I played soccer for two years and I do weekly PT with an army recruiting post (the recruiter is helping me get into west point).
I have reccomendation letters from a lt. col in the air force, the mayor of Tucson, and a West Point grad who is now the ehad of Army recruiting in Southern Arizona; and would like to know how helpful these resources would be in sinking a congressional nomination.
My dream is to go to West Point but any academy would be a fulfillment to my desires.

Honestly, it sounds like you're right on the edge. It could go either way, your senior year will be important, particularly the first semester, which will count for your applications.
I'd re-take the SAT or ACT if I were you as well. While your scores certainly aren't bad, they're probably a little below average for successful candidates. Another 50 pts on the SAT or couple of points on the ACT may make a big difference.
It does sound like you're doing all the right things, just continue to do them well.

Are you a U.S. citizen? That's the first thing.
Also, the people you will be competing with will mostly have higher GPAs and test scores. And the Academies like to see you play team sports all four years of high school.
Look into the USMA Prepatory School. If you do not get accepted to West Point, they might give you a chance to spend a year there working on your academics and then start your first year at West Point afterwards. So go ahead and try for it!
Also, look into ROTC - that's how most U.S. military officers get their commission anyways. Only the top tier academically get a chance at the Academies.
