For a street fight???
Let them run their mouth at you the whole time act like your not going to fight them.
Then strike them when they least expect it while they are running their mouth at you.
Hit them in places that either hurt, or disorient them (temple, eyes, throat, nose, groin, inside of the leg, shins, top of the foot, top of the stomach)
Punching to the head gets you points in a boxing match, but thats about it. If you punch to the head it should be to hit their nose, chin, or near their temple or eyes. Just remember that the head is the hardest part of the body and elbowing is preferable to punching.
Your knees...they hurt bad so use them.
Attempt to knock them on the ground so that you are standing and they are not. Should that happen kick the hell out of them when they attempt to get up.
The only dirty fight is the one you lost, if you have to fight make sure you win. |

If you're fighting against more than one at a time, pick out the biggest and loudest and punch him as hard as you can. If you are successful, the others may run because they are just followers. If you are not successful, give your heart to God, cuz your butt is theirs! |

If you are trying to be better at defending yourself, I'd suggest you train in attacking the eyes, specifically jamming your fingers in the sockets. It will blind them and stun them long enough so you can snap their neck. But if you are not defending yourself from anything (including physical damage to yourself and to other people, as well as dishonor, with very few other things that I can't think of), I would just not fight at all. |

Never look away for a second. Also learn some good ground techniques as most hand to hand is fought on the ground |

Go for the throat, most effective. When punching the body, follow through with your hit. It's known as fluid shockwave. Also, try striking with your palm instead of your fist. |

aim for muscular parts of the body like the gut throat and groin don't punch the skull it is one of the harder parts of the body if you do go for the eyes, temple or jaw remember the only unfair fight is the fight you loose |

2. If you must, (and it is not organized fighting), fight to win. Bite, scratch, pull hair, whatever you must do. The only rule to street fighting is kick their @$$ before they kick yours.
If you are a guy, someone might call you a sissy if you do those things, but the one you fight gets their @$$ kicked by a sissy. |
