All over the world in many different countries. Like, to say there are troops in over 30 countries, is that a stretch?

That would be a safe guess.

Go to the Department of State website and look for the locations of all the Embassies. There are military personnel stationed at each one. They're called the Marine Security Guards.

Yes the US military has military bases all over the world. For example at any US Embassy in any country there are Marines stationed there.

Nope. They may not be in high numbers in many places or get any press but there are advisers all over the planet and even some in Egypt since 1979.

LOL...WTF!? Yes there are American troops abroad different countries! Marines, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, National Guardsmen, Coast Guardsmen, etc....
