Are there any foreign military bases located in the US?

Contrary to what Yak Rider posted, the answer is NO. There are no foreign military bases in the United States. There are foreign military detachments located on U.S. installations, but they don't have their own bases.

The German Luftwaffe has a base in New Mexico. The German command is co-located with the US Air Force on Holloman Air Force Base. The operate 12 Luftwaffe Tornado fighter-bombers. All together the Germans have about 300 military members and their families stationed there.

On 1 May 1996, the German Air Force Tactical Training Center was established in concept with the 20th Fighter Squadron which provides aircrew training in the F-4F Phantom II. The TTC serves as the parent command for two German air crew training squadrons. The F-4 Training Squadron oversees all German F-4 student personal affairs, and provides German instructor pilots to cooperate in the contracted F-4 training program provided by the U.S. Air Force (20th Fighter Squadron). A second TTC unit, the Tornado Training Squadron, provides academic and tactical flying training, by German Air Force instructors, for German Tornado aircrews. The first contingent of Tornado aircraft arrived at Holloman in March 1996. More than 300 German Air Force members are permanently assigned at Holloman to the TTC--the only unit of its kind in the United States. The German Air Force Flying Training Center activated March 31 with German Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Portz and U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Michael Ryan present.

None, but foreign forces do use US military bases from time to time for training purposes.

I am from El Paso, Texas and we had German AF soldiers stationed at Ft Bliss on tours which lasted a year. We even had a school on Ft Bliss for the children of these soldiers.

Fort Bliss' partner organizations include: William Beaumont Army Medical Center, the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, Joint Task Force Six, the German Air Force Command (United States/Canada), and the German Air Defense School.

No but there are a number of what are referred to as foreign liaison officer positions whereby NATO allies and some other countries can have one of their officers apply to come here and learn how and what the US military does in specific areas. At the same time there are also positions in their countries where a US military officer can apply for being assigned to for the purpose of seeing how they operate. I have worked with a huge number of foreign liaison officers and participated in a number of joint military exercises and operations where that experience and knowledge then becomes useful and helps facilitate things more easily and gives you a better perspective on how to best approach things and get the job done.

if not an embessey is a buliding owned by another country in usa

for example if there is a thief that is canadian the cops are chasing him and he goes in a canidaian embassey the cops cant go in because he is in canada so if they go in that would be like crossing the border illigaly

Nope. There used to be English and French bases, but they either left or we drove them out. No one has invaded us, or needed to invade us, since then, so no one has built any new bases here, except us.

NO!!! Do you seriously think that the US will hold a military camp for foreign militaries?? Speaking that our country is swarming with people from around the world already, I dont see why any part of the government would give them anything in this counrty. We are trying to get them out, not bring more in!
