Are there any swimming requirements for National Guard infantrymen?

I heard that the only swimming requirements for infantryman is the Marines

As long as you are in a regular light or mech Infantry unit, there probably won't be any swimming requirements. If you move into a scout unit such as the Infantry Troop in a Cavalry Squadron, you may have some swimming requirements as some units are equipped with Zodiac rafts, etc.

Yes of course, a soldier could find himself in water in the army. It's not about speed, it's about the ability to swim to safety.
