It's true that women can not be in a direct combat MOS. The problem that the US military has been having in Iraq and Afghanistan is that there are no definite "front lines". Convoys are being attacked on the road and the MPs who provide security for these convoys allow females. Hence there are females who suffer from PTSD but I think their emotional nature makes them more susceptible to it.

First of all, they can't have Combat Based MOS. Women and Men think differently. Most women are sympathetic and emotional and that is not a good trait to have when killing people. Men can be animals if they are needed to.
