In short you can't,by reserve Army I take it you mean the TA?
1.You are not a British,Commonwealth or Empire subject.
2.How would you keep contact with your unit?
3.You have to attend drill nights each week,could get expensive.
4.You have to swear allegiance to the Monarchy.
