Any National Guard ribbons earned can only be transferred between other national guard states if the receiving unit allows it. If you go Federal, meaning join the Reserves or go active, then you are no longer authorized to wear them.

Nope, you cannot wear State issued awards in the Reserves or active duty.

You can only wear Army issued awards.

Army ribbons are army ribbons, if you earned them wear them on the army uniform, Army Active, Reserves, Guard, are all Army Components.
