has any body got some advice on this as I have a fairly active career and need to wear body armour on a regular basis... are ruptures common??? i really want and need them

ruptures aren't all that common, but you don't need implants - no woman needs them, and most end up disfigured (matter of opinion). |

It's a cosmetic procedure not a medical one |

Just remember, if you are in the armed forces and get something done which is purely cosmetic, if it prevents you from carrying out your job, then you can be charged for self-inflicted injury.
Whether it being, **** are too big to fit you in or it becomes infected or whatever.
There was one lad last year fresh out of Royal Marine recruit training, thought he'd get a tattoo to celebrate, 2 weeks after the tattoo got infected and he couldn't work and he got severely punished and got medically discharged for it.
Just think about that. |

Most likely all will be fine , ask your doctor. I think breast implants look just like that, artificial, I have never seen any that look natural I can always pick them out in the movies we watch.
If you must there are saline ones or procedures that utilize your own tissue. Many guys are attracted by them at a glace ,but then its not the **** that keep them.

In the Navy if you are sked to spend the next few years on shore we are entitled to certain cosmetic procedures such as braces, teeth replacement and for females even breast implants. It boosts the morale of the sailor and the request of shore duty gives you plenty of time to heal. |
