im a 13 year old, only curious of learning the answer to this question, it is a homework assignment and i would like more opinions then just my own, THANKS !

Yes.
When I was there (3 months ago), I used the internet to pay bills through my bank. I would try everything from automatic payments to telling the creditor my situation. In any case, I got my bills paid. |

Yes. Most bills can be paid via the Internet or by allotment; so that isn't really a problem. Also, mail still runs back and forth, so if anybody is still in the stone age you still have the option of mailing it in. |

Yes, soldiers can still pay their bills. There is internet access depending on where they are based, but regardless of that, all soldiers receive and can send mail. It takes alot more planning to pay your bills this way, but it can be done. In most cases it is easier to have someone back home pay your bills, but it is possible for any soldier to take care of it individually.

No,they can't.
Since they are out and about the whole time,there's really no time to relax or anything. They do have internet,occasionaly,but i'm sure they use that opportunity to keep in touch with family.
My brother went to Iraq last year
He made me pay for all his bills
He just gave me the passwords to his banking account & the places he owed,and taught me how to pay them,before he left of course.
