Can females in the army marry?

If a female is serving in the army as a lieutenant or one of the officers on active duty, is it possible for her to have a relationship or even get married? I know for men it is possible because many men have their wives live with them in their army bases but is it possible for a woman in the army to marry and live with her husband in army bases?

Sure, any servicemember (officers or enlisted) is free to marry at any time. The only time their may be any "red-tape" or issues of ethics is if the spouse is in her chain of command or if one is an officer and the other is enlisted. This falls under the militaries definition of unprofessional relationships or fraternization. However, there are still ways around this. As a general rule there aren't restrictions to marriage. As the other guy said... "its not prison".

Of course. If they did not allow it they would be hit with discrimination. Plenty of women in the service are married to civilians. :)
