no. earliest you can enlist is 17 with a HS diploma in hand and parent's permission.

It depends, if you are at least a junior and will be 17 before BT then yes, if not you'll have to wait for a while. You'll just have to get a parent to sign your enlistment papers and you'll be stuck in DEP for a while (but you would be anyway).
