Can my cousin join the Army with a GED and about 10 collage credits?

I heard that the Army voids out your GED and count it as a High School diploma with some schooling. How much schooling since he got it from a community collage.

To qualify at the same level as a high school diploma he needs the GED plus 15 college credit.

He's gotta score over a 50 on the ASVAB and be absolutely waiver free to have any chance....or he can knock out another 11 credits of college and be on par with a high school graduate.

if he wants to join the army, the army will do ANYTHING to let him in.

if he had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich they would pass that off as something to allow him to join.
