Nope, since he was commander in chief at the time and they were lawful orders. If someone does apoligize they are probably a poser who never really served or lived up to the oath of enlistment. |

Unless your higher rank then him/her, then no..why would he/she apologize even though ordered. If he/she was merely following "orders", they weren't doing it because they chose to, but merely because they were "told to do so". Don't blame the followers, blame the leader, in this case BUSH. |
