Can one member of the armed forces sue another member?
If two service members were involved in a traffic collision with no illegal substance for the cause, just a normal everyday fender bender, can one member sue the other for damages if both were insured, and neither were intoxicated, or charged for anything by the police?

yes, but why sue if you have insurance? Defeats the purpose of having insurance, no?

Yeah, you can do that no problem. I'd talk to your command, and his command so that youc an work it out another way. If that doesn't work, then sue his ***.

But the insurance should cover the accident
