Can you DEROS while in a WTU?

Ok, I was injured in Iraq and now I am being sent to a WTU(Warrior Transition Unit). My DEROS is coming up this summer and my wife and I cannot wait to leave Europe. If I am placed in the WTU will I still be able to DEROS on time? Can I go to a WTU in the states? Does anyone know how this works? Thanks.

Yes if your not currently going through a MEB. If you are sorry.. I had this problem spent 2 xtra years away from my family in germany.
