It was for small insubordinate issues with a chief I had over me in the navy. The chief was put under investigation along with a few other people I had issues with. Some were even busted down. I was a single parent during the time(I got pregnant the first year of enlistment)and couldn't get a dependent care plan, and all the issues stemed from this.

No military service will touch you with an RE-4. Even the National Guard closed the loophole that allowed some people with RE-4s to re-enlist. (Too many of them would up as more trouble than they were worth.) |

An RE4 Code is Non Waiverable...
So the answer is NO... |

RE4 sorry you can NG they take a few people but don't count on it. |

Only with a waiver for the cause for being discharged and classifies as a RE4 |

I received a RE-3 code personality disorder during Army Basic training. I was depressed, and joined for all the wrong reasons. It has been 2 years since then, and I am feeling great now. I have run 3 marathons since then graduated and have my BA. I basically want to finish what I started, but I want to join the branch where I originally wanted to go and that's the U.S. Coast Guard. It was my dream to join straight out of high school, but didn't go. I regret that I never did it, and will do anything to join. It would be my life dream! I will do whatever it takes. I just need some help getting there. Is it possible to get a waiver? Can anyone help me? |
