Civilian sailor or US Army?

I'm just curious if people posting here even know the difference between an unarmed civilian crew taking back their ship and the US Army?

Probably not because most people are not aware that there is something called Maritime Law. By the way, the Army would not take a ship back. The military component that would take a ship back would by the US Navy with Marines.
