Conflict between Israel and Palestinian ?

Frankly, both sides should know that neither side is going to win. Israel is more powerful, but the world is not going to let Israel takeover Gaza. Palestinian may keep shooting rockets into Israel, but they should know that Israel will respond with overwhelming force, but Israel won't be able to takeover Gaza.

Its quite a dilemma. How can peace be established there? I suggest building a great wall like the one in China. Removing some buildings to build a wall to make peace is worth it. That way there's only a few entrances/exits to Gaza and all traffic can be easily monitored.

The Palistenians are hiding in schools and hospitals, so of course there will be civilian casualties....So by your logic, Palestine, which does blow up schools, hospitals, restaurants, etc. is better? The Israelis are trying to avoid a large number of civilian casualties, whereas on the other hand, the palistenians dont give a **** who they kill

Hamas, and all other terror organizations, set up their rocket launchers on the roofs of schools and hospitals. They locate their ammo dumps in schools and hospitals. They billet troops in the marketplace. They use women and children as human shields. This is typical and barbaric of these animals.

In a defensive strike, which is the only kind Israel has ever made, these civilians are in harm's way. Hamas, which runs Gaza, does this. Israel cannot be blamed for the collateral damage.

The American press then runs stories and fails to mention these things. Americans then read this drivel and assume that Israel is a blood thirsty monster targeting women and children, etc. when in fact Hamas is the problem. Americans then become "useful idiots," which is what Stalin labeled a dimwitted citizenry that reacts to only what they are told and never bothers to look into the matter or learn the truth.

The sooner Israel blows Hamas off the face of the earth, the better off we'll all be.

It's easy to "armchair quarterback" this mess. Make sure you do your research and get your facts straight before you comment. At this point, clearly you don't know what you are talking about.

Disagree. The Israelis are far from stupid; the problem is that Israeli civilians have access to bomb shelters, whereas Hamas deliberately hides behind women and children. Did you know that the IDF regularly calls people living in the buildings that are targeted for air strikes (because Hamas is firing rockets from them), urging them to get out of the area? Militarily, that's stupid, but Israel is trying to minimize civilian casualties.

It is a case where there is an army fighting guerrillas. Guerrillas are a hit and run fighters. They make their attacks then fade into the community. They don't have the military vehicle's to face an army, nor the manpower. So an army attacks to annihilate the enemy. They are fighting two different wars and the innocent suffer the most.

i agree with you 50%, which is alot of the problem. Israel is not necessicaily targeting innocents, but they are bombing indescriminately, which results in senceless death. Palestinians, also kill inocents in israel, because therein lies the impact. The two groups need to come to the realization that war is never an answer, it is always a problem. But right now it's 50-50. Nobody's right.

Israel is not trying to. The Palestinians bombing Israel, they go into a place where there is Innocent people, send the bomb then they leave the area. so then Israel bombs back at the location where the bomb came from and the only people that are there is the innocent people. Terrorist fight really dirty. its holy war. and Israel has every right to defend itself.
