If he is 18 and in the army, getting kicked out of the army is the least of his problems if he is convicted of Stagitory rape. First what would happen he would either get turn over to the civilian sector and get tried that way or the military would handle the trial and he would be sent to Fort Levenworth and after his sentence be kicked out of the military, or he could be punished but both civial court system or the Military UMCJ.

Ok honestly you sound very upset and angry. Did this just happen? If it did I think you need to take some time to cool down and think rationally at the situation. Do you really want to ruin this guys life. Because you very well could do that but if you really feel you have been raped then maybe you should.
