If we were really pushed that far, would we be able to fit a nuke in one? OR is the B-2 the only stealth aircraft capable of carrying one?

F-22's have internal ordinance bays to maintain its 'stealth' capabilities and reduce drag (for improved stability and manoeuvrability) and so a new model of nuclear weapon would have to be developed to fit. As there are missiles that could deliver nuclear weapons much more effectively than a jet aircraft, one would have to question the point of doing so. |

Yes, all US Fighter aircraft can carry nuclear weapons.
If an aircraft can carry a 2,000 lb conventional bomb, it can carry a nuclear weapon. |

Why bother? Of all the aircraft we have, F22 would be least likely to have a use for a nuke. It's primary role is air superiority, and it's designed to be the world's premiere air superiority fighter.
F35s (and the multitude of aircraft the JSF will replace) would make far more sense. |

Why bother? The B-2, B-1B or B-52 can all deliver with a cruise missile. Dropped nukes are no longer in service. |

They COULD do it, but there's no need for that because of ICBM's and other, better nuclear capabilities. |

I don't believe it would have enough control surface for a MOAB.
Could probably be modified in some fashion but then it wouldn't be a F-22. |
