DO ladies in foreign countries like NAVY guys?

Im going into the navy in december as LS and was wondering how the foreign ladies are, also where would you suggest to be stationed east coast or west coast? Also what type of ship would you suggest starting out on?

In my experience, they generally only like sailors for their money or for a green card. My father was career Navy and all around me growing up, in many of the families with American sailors and foreign wives, the wife often left her husband - with or without their children - once she had obtained legal and permanent citizenship. Or, they would use that as a way to get the rest of their families to America. While this wasn't always the case, it was common enough in the areas where my dad was stationed, that few people were shocked when it did happed.
If you are just looking to have a good time, then a uniform and a fat wallet will get you just about anything you are looking for - either in the States or overseas.
As far as duty stations, if you are going to be on a ship, then you are probably better off on the west coast (Pacific Ocean) rather than the east (Atlantic), especially if you haven't spent a lot of time at sea. |

Navy guys rarely meet "ladies" in foreign ports. As far as the type of ship, I think the Navy pretty well determines that for you. |

as for the ladies.... while a MAN in the Navy is a treat -- a boy who joins the Navy is not. It depends on who's wearing the uniform! I know Jacksonville/Mayport is a VERY welcoming area for our Navy!
