Do Army Mp's get badges?

I have read elsewhere that they are authorized to wear badges during special occasions... But I've never seen an Army MP wearing a badge.
I know they can GET one but I don't know if they are issued one.

There are Military Police Corps badges in existence, but they never issue them. It would be an unnecessary expense. They are identified by a Velcro "MP" patch on their upper arm pocket. The only members that carry badges all the time are MPI and CID (military plainclothes investigators).
Some units experimented with issuing badges in the early 1980s but it was as disaster. Every private in the MP corps was going around town flashing his newly issues badge like he was Dragnet.

no. they get a little patch that says MP that velcros to their arm.
