OMG you sound like such a puss... join the YMCA

Depends on the rank

2nd Lieutenant 1st Lieutenant are up on front lines leading a bunch of enlisted soldiers
Captain may be on front lines depends
Same with Major(less likely)
Once your at Lt. Colonel you are probably going to see combat but probably wont fight.
Same with Colonel
Once you are a General DONT PLAN ON IT!

Usually...yes and proportionately so!

GrayMan
officers in combat arms branch you can count on it. Infantry Lt. Col's will on a convoy with their men right beside them. it depends on job, a medical officier will not be on the line because they are a nurse or a doctor, they will be on a FOB close to combat but not in it. Human resource officer for example will generally not be anywhere close

NO!
Officers and enlisted Soldier do experience same Combat as a Soldier.
IN FACT OFFICERS Are the one who lead their Soldiers!
who tfk Told you that??

yourmom
They see just as much as enlisted soldiers they just have a different role to play.
