Do people who enroll in PLC go through Marines recruit training?

after high school i wanna get into a commisioning pogram to become an officer and im just curious
any advice?

Well PLC is for college students. So as long as you are planning to go to college and the Marines it is a good choice. PLC is very similar to OCS. If you completed the course and were commissioned you would not go to boot, but do other training. Here is some info on how the PLC program works.

No - officers do not go to recruit training. You only go to recruit training if you enlist.
