Why would you need a plastic shower cap? The FIRST thing they do when you get to Boot is to shave your head. |

I love this question! I just wish I could be there when the SDI finds the recruit i possession of shower caps, what a show that would be!! I knew a private who was caught with food in the barracks and had to carry it with him in a zip-lock and the drill Sergeants would check to insure that he had them at any time, damn funny stuff happens in Boot camp or BCT. |

Why would you need a shower cap? For one, you won't have hair, and for two, you're supposed to be a MAN.

And they usually have some super cool picture of a snake, or an eagle, or lightning bolts with a catchy saying like "Kill them all" or "Death from above" or "Silent and Deadly" printed on them.
This way you can feel really patriotic about killing people. |
