no.
i support the war in and occupation of Iraq. though i'm not a big fan of war, i do support it as a lesser of multiple evils (as long as the alternatives to war are worse than the war itself) |

No war is good, but sometimes is necessary. My family has been there in the past wars & my son was in this one. We can't sit around sitting on our hands all day when terriosts come into our country & do their dammage,so we have to fight back. I know it is hard to see the daily news reports that another US soldier died, but it is impossible to go through war without casualties. I don't like the fact that it has turned into a fight over oil & money though. Also,I didn't care too much from the statement that Bush made about his daddy & Husam Hussain :"I got the man who tried to kill my daddy". That made it sound like a little vengence was behind the war. I know it wasn't,but it just made it sound like it. |

It's goes beyond whether or not support military operations in Iraq. I fully support victory, and in our current situation, we can't have victory without a fight. |

Well.... No.
I do oppose the occupation of Iraq and I really don't support war in general either. The key word is " in general".
Argument can be made for war on a per situation basis. But I feel it should be a last resort. |

I support our being there, because good things are being done for the citizens of Iraq.
The media sends us images of death and destruction, but never of the schools the soldiers are building and supplying or of the way the soldiers are positively interacting with and impacting the communities in Iraq... you have to search for this news, but it's out there.
I think a sudden withdrawal of troops would be the worst thing that could happen.
I support the good they are accomplishing by being there... and I support the war in general. I oppose the insurgents, and I feel that the current Iraqi government has a long way to go in working out the terms of their democracy... especially since they are having the basic problem of getting along with each other in the first place.
The general citizenry, however, are drawing great benefits by our being there. |

I support the war on terror but I dont think Iraq should have been part of that. We had no right invading Iraq. I do think we have a right to fight the terrorist. But if we were going to invade iraq because of a dictatorship then we should of invaded Cuba first which is closer to our borders. |

I oppose war in general but now that i have been informing myself (through videos on youtube etc...) I am TOTALLY against the FAKE war in Iraq. There is NO reason for us to be there WHATSOEVER!!! We can't even follow our own laws never mind going 6000 miles away to a foreign country to try to enforce their nightmare policies. It's just barbaric and done ONLY for the benefit of the elite, the queen, the bankers, etc... Google "Jordan Maxwell" and find out the horrifying truth of who we really are slaves to (the Queen of England). |

You hit the nail on the head there. I'd have to say yes and yes. War is necessary, but we really messed this one up. |

I definitely oppose the occupation and the fake "war on terror".
We invaded Iraq under false pre-tenses and a vast majority of the insurgents came to Iraq after us.
And it sickens me when the daily news reports that another US soldier died...when 75,000+ Iraqi civilians have been slaughtered (MANY from our forces and our 2,000lb "smart bombs") and I've yet to hear a story that covers that aspect of the "war".
A good documentary I just watched is "War Made Easy".
The only time I support war is when someone tries to take over the world, a la Hitler. Every war / occupation / skirmish since then has been about BS, and the US has had it's hand in 70 something conflicts since WW2 (directly or indirectly, a la Osama who the CIA used in Afganistan against the USSR, to Saddam who we supported). |

What can the world do to oppose US military brutality and abuses? |

Why should we support Israel? |
Just wondering. US support of Israel brings the US nothing but grief from Middle Eastern countries.
Peace between Palestine and Israel will never be attained through the use of force. D... |

Honestly, do REALY think the war in Iraq is moral ? |
Remember, Iraq had NOTHING to do with 9/11 and the WMDs were never found. By the way, the nerve gas they used on the Kurds was provided by the U.S.
Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis killed, ... |
|
Is killing people really the best method for attaining peace? |
I am not very liberal, although this question may truly cast that sort of light upon me.
But it makes me wonder...does it really make logical sense for us to drop bombs on people in order ... |
|
Why does the USA military think they are wanted in other countries? |
| The USA military has no right to be the bully of the world. When will they ever learn?... |
