Israel and Iran? There's hundreds of miles of other countries between them. No way Israel would go to war with Iran, or the other way around. |

No. Israel doesn't want it if it's avoidable, and Iran needs to be able to keep posturing over it - they don't want to actually risk anything.
My fear, though, is that Iran doesn't take Israel seriously when it comes to nuclear weapons. If the Israelis believe that Iran is about to build a nuclear device, Israel will attack first. It won't be a war - Iran doesn't have the ability to mount an effective counter attack, and the two countries don't share a border. |

Ever since I was a child both Israel and Iran were threatening one another. You all know that. Nothing new in here.
I was about only 10 or younger when I used to listen the BBC in my language while my parents were listening and it was always the Palestinians and Israelis and Israelis and Iranians.
Both countries fear one another and rather use threats to warn each other. It is more than what I and others know in this situation, it is something beyond us, and so many are involved and influenced by them. Don't just believe what you hear from the media. Ordinary Iranians and Israelis would get along perfectly if they were both in the same place. |
