I believe so because if women can take an equal part in our society such as congress, possibly presidency, and supreme court then they should also be required to fight if needed like men.

No. Nor should men.
Over 8 years in the service I met TWO women serving who met basic standards were it not for the special privileges they get for being women. "Equal part?" Hold them to the SAME standards and the number of women in the military will be reduced to approximately none. |

Yes I do. Even though womencannot serve in combat units(infantry, armor, artillery, etc) there are many non-combat MOS's that women can serve in. |

Do you want to live in a society that expects women to fight while able bodied men stay home sitting on their fat lazy a$$es? I'd support it the minute we start running out of perfectly healthy young men...and with 18 million of them turning military age every year...I doubt that would happen |

Yes, I do. Women want equal rights and with that comes equal responsibility.
That means that women, as a rule, should not be exempted from government service.
If they can enlist then they can be drafted.
I don't think they should be in front line combat, but there are more support jobs in the military than combat jobs, and if women filled those positions it would allow more men for the combat jobs. |

As a woman, your question is profoundly stupid. Woman are naturally much more physically fragile than men; it is the way they are built so they may bear children. It takes an extensive amount of time and training for most women soldiers to reach the same standard as men of the same level. You obviously have never been in the army... why don't you look into enlisting before you call for the drafting of women. |
