No. But it did have tactical nuclear missiles controlled by Russia aimed at Miami and other parts of the United States during the Cold War. They were later withdrawn.

It does have a Nuclear Power Facility in Cienfuegos called Juragua

It's not fully completed and poses a security and health concern to the US. The concern is since Cuba is so poor that they will not be able to maintain the facility to proper standards .Since the Soviet Union originally started the job and never finished brcause of the fall of the USSR.

The US gov't actually has monitoring devices in the Florida Keys that monitors radioactive materials, fallout, that "could" come up from Cuba if there is a problem.
