It seems they would put our troops in the middle of their personal vendetta against the President. They care about nothing but politics and votes.

There is nothing new about this. The only change the liberal-left Dems have made since spitting on the returning troops from Vietnam, is that now they claim to support the troops. This is nothing more than a flimsy shield they try to use to exempt themselves from any type of criticism, questioning, or scrutiny. If they thought for one minute they could get away with it again, they would be doing it in a heartbeat.

They want desperately for Bush, and, by extension, all Republicans to fail. To say that the war is lost, while our sons and daughters are still in the theater of conflict is the basest, most vile, and out right selfish form of political exploitation of the sacrifices these young men and women have had to endure; insults, not only them, but all of us because they ARE us. And yet, these very same self-important, self-anointed, living turds of some mythical "moral authority" have the unmitigated gall to claim to speak for all the people of the country. In a pigs eye!

Nothing will come of it. Do you think that reid or pelosi will ever be asked to step down? Of course not. They are liberal dems, and as such can say, or do, anything they want and not a peep from the toadie press. When you consider that eighty per-cent of the press are voting democrats, what do you expect?

Does it seem proper to put $100 Billion in the hands of Bushco when the troops got their bid for updated protective gear cut in half, an extravagant $2 Billion. Who the hey has a good feeling that the Billions will go where it should over there. They still have limited water & electricity and respect for US. The Iraqs that have helped US in any way must go into hiding b/c of death threats. Will they get aid now, or should they?

The invasion of Iraq was unjustified.
There were no WMD's.
Saddam was not behind 911.
The bush administration farbricated and manipulated intelligence in order to dupe the American people into beleiving that Saddam was a threat.
Saddam had enough trouble keeping the various factions that are now fighting each other in line.

Saddam was the only thing holding IRAQ together.

The neocons wanted to invade IRAQ before 911.
911 was a gift from GOD to the neocons.

What about a GOP that put these soldiers in harms way and failed to provide enough body armor for them and cares not if they die in the desert?
