I think it depends on who has the contract with the US Gov't and what the stipulations were on the hiring of the personnel filling that contract. For example, the security guys around the chow halls and rec facilities are often from Africa. The food contractors were from India, I think. It all depends. I don't know how to even start looking into that. |

yes, which is a good reason not to leave sensitive info unlocked or in a flash drive just sitting there. Venders in the marker sell USB drives by the boxfull that have been stolen by the nationals working on the bases. the military has to buy them back from the venders just to keep the sensitive material off the streets. One USB was found with over 500 soldier's names, US addresses, SSN, and date of birth. This is bad. |

I would like to go to iraq and serve in whatever capacity available, the problem is that all sites are blocked through Uganda so we have to go through a 3rd party who will pay peanuts eg. $500 a month instead of $6000. How do i get in fairly? |
