My recruiter didn't lie, I just wanted to go Airborne. He wanted me to be a computer technician. If only I knew!

you can't always support one view in these types of situations. you have to see it from everyone's point of view, but i'm pretty sure being patriotic is better than thinking that the military lies to ppl. ppl know what it's about. can't say that kind of stuff esp. when soldiers fighting in a war right now are doing every thing they can to help us stay safe.

I agree recruitment starts in school, because in school they teach you, the Constitution, Bill of Rights, the fight this country went through to gain freedom. So I blame the schools teaching our values of freedom and liberty, showing people how great it is and teaching them of the costs of it, as to why people enlist.
