Please give me a star if you believe that we should pray for our troops!
I hope that you would all agree with me- even if you don't agree with war, which is entirely understandable, wouldn't you agree that we should support our troops, who are risking their lives in order to save others?
My prayer for our troops:
"Dear Heavenly Father
Please bless our soldiers everywhere in the world
Keep them safe, and out of harm's way
We pray that the innocent are protected as well
And yes, we also pray for our enemies, because even if they are wrong, they are still human beings.
In Jesus, Holy name we pray, Amen."

Certainly. Unfortunately, I know that when people say I should support the troops what they really mean is I should shut my mouth and not criticize the brilliant wars they've gotten us into. |
